Book a Free 15-Minute Consultation
The first conversation is on me.
Fifteen minutes by phone. You share a bit of what's going on. I share how I work. No pressure to book a session, no expectation, no commitment.
No commitment. I'll reply by email with a few times. You're not committing to therapy — you're seeing if we're the right fit.

I currently see clients through Genesis Counseling in Boca Raton. I'll walk you through scheduling there so the handoff is smooth.
Where sessions happen
Genesis Counseling, Boca Raton.
I currently see clients through Genesis Counseling, Boca Raton, a long-established multi-location practice with offices across Boca, Coral Springs, Delray, Pompano, and Wellington.
After our free consultation, if we're a fit, I walk you through the Genesis intake process so the handoff is smooth. Most insurance accepted: United Healthcare, Optum, Oscar, Cigna, Aetna, Florida Blue (BCBS), Curative, Tricare East. Private-pay session rate at Genesis: $125-$175.
If you'd rather skip the consult and go straight to Genesis intake, you can reach the intake team at (561) 408-1098 — ask for Hannah Lee at the Boca Raton office.
Once you book
What to expect in your first three sessions.
People often ask what therapy actually looks like in the first few weeks. Here is the honest version.
Session 01 — Intake
We walk through informed consent and confidentiality, then take a careful look at your history, what is going on now, and what brought you here. I will ask about what has and has not worked in past therapy. Nothing here is on a timer.
Session 02 — Goals
We get specific about what you want to be different. I share an honest first read on the work I think will help, the approach I would take, and the rough shape of the road ahead. No pressure to commit to a long-term plan yet.
Session 03 — Begin
We start the actual work, drawing on the modalities that fit your case (EMDR, somatic, AEDP, IFS, parts work, talk). By the end of this session you should have a clear sense of whether this feels like the right fit. If it does not, we talk about it openly and I help point you toward someone who might be.
Common questions before booking
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Fifteen minutes by phone, no fee, no expectation to book a session afterward.
Will my information be confidential?
Yes. Anything you share by email or on the call is held in confidence. Please don't include sensitive clinical detail in your initial email; we'll cover that privately.
Who do you work with?
Primarily women in their early teens through forties navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, and emotional overwhelm. I see clients in-person in Boca Raton and via telehealth across Florida.
What if we're not a good fit?
I'll tell you honestly on the call, and I'll do my best to point you toward someone who might be better suited. The point of the consult is to spare you weeks of guessing.
